Project Administrator | Work From Home (Remote)
The primary focus of this role is to support our New Zealand-based company by handling various business-related tasks. The Project Administrator ensures that roofing projects run smoothly by organizing materials, resources, and paperwork. This role works closely with Project Managers, Lead Roofers, Quotations Specialists, and Estimators to schedule jobs, manage subcontractors, and order supplies. It also involves making sure that Health & Safety requirements are met and handling post-project paperwork, such as warranties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important in this role.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Schedule jobs within two days of handover from the sales team when possible
- Arrange and schedule subcontractors to keep projects on time
