Overview

Project Administrator/Coordinator role at Givaudan . Location: Baulkham Hills, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Reporting to Taste & Wellbeing Technical Head. This role supports project management excellence for the Oceania commercial team and ensures sound decisions and a positive customer experience through effective project administration. There are opportunities to participate in tasting sessions to provide input and feedback, so a passion for food is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Be the power user for our Givaudan project administration tools; support project tracking, tasking, and status updates across the project pipeline to enable end-to-end brief management.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy.
