Project Ambassador

Salary: $15/hr_Long term Part Time Project Ambassador

Immediate to 31 December 2026 (Renewable) - able to work CNY eve, and after CNY 1st & 2nd day

Working Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm, Approx.1 to 5 days per week (upon activation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to emails and follow up when necessary.

• Booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is set up before commencement of meeting.

• Sending out multiple calendars invite to respective parties.

• Booking of multiple countries Air Tickets and Hotels in accordance with Client's travel policy

• Receptionist duties during receptionist lunch time and toilet break

• Administering expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines

• Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 6 stakeholders.
