As a Project Analyst, you will provide financial, scheduling, and administrative support in a cross functional environment; collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally, present findings, and utilize the power of data to participate as a member of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); provide a high level of customer service and client relations based on outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; think creatively and utilize problem-solving skills while also adhering to the company s vision and mission.
Position responsibilities include:
+ Analyze project requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
+ Support meetings, including distribution of agendas, compilation of meeting minutes and tracking action items
+ Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
+ Monitor financial performance in relation to planned amounts and proactively identify shortfalls
