Floor Care Technician and Special Projects Technician

Starting pay $21 an hour

This janitorial position works a typical night shift that may require some weekend hours and earns a competitive starting hourly wage of $21+/hour based on experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of various floor types, including vacuuming, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Utilize specialized floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, burnishers, and vacuums to clean and maintain floors.

Perform and assist with special projects that include but are not limited to: semi and annual cleaning of ceiling vents, furniture polishing, furniture upholstery cleaning, windows and blinds.

Perform general janitorial duties when requested.
