About The Role
As a Project and Systems Manager , you will manage all retail deposit product value proposition and onboarding journey related to technology and system enhancements and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology team, ensuring that the software/systems and process development align with business requirements.
How You'll Contribute (responsibilities And Expectations)
- Support the deposit & payroll business teams in designing, documenting and launching new systems, product features/enhancement to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and provide better customer experience to retail clients.
- Work closely with business stakeholders within the Deposit and Payroll Division, as well as various support units outside the Retail Banking Segment that may be involved in the team's projects.
