At least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Two (2) years working experience in architectural works in advantage but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in cad-drafting software, BIM software and/or other drafting tools, SketchUp and/or other design software

Good knowledge in Building By-laws and planning requirement.

Good command of both English and Malay.

Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect to prepare 2D design drawings, schedule and documentation for the conceptual design and design developments.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
