Project Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Pass on to others what you have already learned.
• Keep PL's, PM's & Director informed of changes in scope or schedule.
• Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.
• Lead the production team to create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup or other medium.
• Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff.
• Coordinate work between staff and consultants.
• Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins and addendums
• Issue documents for bids and permits.
• Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports.
• Implement ways to improve production methods

Additional Responsibilities

• Support PM/PL in developing proposals, budgets and bids and construction administration services.
