Project Architect - Hospitality Core & Shell

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Designer with expertise in hospitality and residential interiors. You will lead teams through all phases of design and delivery, combining creativity with technical excellence to produce high‑quality spaces. This role requires strong Revit skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to translate design concepts into detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Manage coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil).
• Resolve complex design and technical issues with innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of project documents.
• Integrate sustainability goals into every project and support ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; 15+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in high‑end hospitality and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; Rhino, Enscape, Grasshopper/Dynamo a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles; LEED/WELL/Net Zero experience preferred.

Design Technology Skills

• Expertise in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in Rhino and interoperability with Revit.
• Familiarity with computational design (Grasshopper/Dynamo) and real‑time rendering tools.
• Experience with VR/AR for presentations and design reviews.
