Techstaff currently has an exceptional opportunity for a senior Architect experienced in large-scale hospitality projects.
Duties:-Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.-Manage all phases of the design process.-Innovative thinking, along with the ability to present real-world solutions to new design challenges.-Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.-Must thrive with personal responsibility and accountability, but embody and embrace open communication and team-oriented success.-Possess professional poise and polish, and demonstrate versatile approaches to myriad issues and personality types.-Be a leader among peers, and mentor to others.
