Leverage your industry experience and technical insight to drive client projects from concept through build. You need to actively participate in all phases of the project phases including documentation and construction administration. Innovative thinking balanced with ability to present real-world technical solutions to new design challenges. Must thrive with personal responsibility and accountability but embody and embrace open communication and team-oriented success.**What You Will Do*** Manage all phases of projects, from project documentation set-up and construction administration.* Manage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants. *Management of related costs by supervising project developments and skills in clash detection with digital tools.** *Guarantee the* delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.* Provide project team coordination, specification, and material selections required for construction.* Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise during document preparation and construction administration* Manage a range of project team sizes, comprised of consultants, project architects, interior designers and job captains* Preparing and ensuring accuracy of technical documents* Participating in preconstruction phases, RFIs and value engineering.* Participating in the construction administration of project assignments, including quality control and submittal reviews,* Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives* Produce architectural drawing* Conduct site inspections* Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape civil consultants and/or involved parties.* Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials* Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges* Review technical documents to ensure accuracy* Oversee the construction administration of project assignments with focus on managing design intent and quality control. Ability to maintain design integrity, construction quality and supervision of materials that meet international standards* Lead coordination with contractors, fabricators and regulatory agencies to ensure constructed project meets overall project objectives* *Able to perceive or prevent risks in any part of the process** Other assigned responsibilities.**Your Qualifications*** Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent* 3+ years of hospitality or large-scale projects.* Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, and construction administration softwares.* 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills* Working knowledge of national and international building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures* Mid-scale to large construction experience* Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy* Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills* Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience* Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace and emotional intelligence* Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams* Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on various project types* Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong organizational skills**How to Apply**Submit an online application including a resume and portfolio in **PDF** **form**.
