  1. Able to produce 2D & 3D drawings, carry out CAD/BIM works, technical and schematic drawing production works.
  2. Must possess knowledge and experience in various Architectural drawings such as residential/ high-rise/ low-rise/ commercial/ mixed development buildings/ preliminary conceptual/ authority submission/ construction and tender drawings.
