Job Description
Essenn Architects is looking for a Project Architect with strong experience in Design Development and Working Drawings for an execution-focused, on-site role in Hyderabad.
This position is strictly for qualified architects with prior experience in architectural documentation and consultant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Design Development and Working Drawings
- Produce construction-ready drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and execution-ready
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree in Architecture – mandatory
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in an architectural firm
- Strong proficiency in Auto CAD (Architecture)
- Proven experience in architectural working drawings and detailing
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad
