We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Architect. The ideal candidate should be a licensed architect or on track to become one, and will be a key player in design, coordination, and documentation efforts. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers across NJ and NY, working on projects that span across NY, NJ, and PA. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities
+ Apply sound architectural and design techniques, methodology, and principles to all work products.
+ Complete construction drawings using Revit.
+ Demonstrate competency in preparing all phases of documentation.
+ Generate finished plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
+ Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing work assignments of each project team.
