Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills with a passion for design and dedicated approach towards timely deliveries. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should be familiarity with the Building byelaws, architectural standards, building types, etc. in order to provide the best ideas for clients. The knowledge of latest materials and technologies will be appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Create designs and layout options for various projects like plotted developments, hospitality and residential developments
- Prepare detailed drawings & project documentation in a time-based manner
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations and Sketch Up views for clients
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Co-ordinate effectively with other consultants to evolve co-ordinated layouts and generate Architectural GFC drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Powerpoint presentations
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate in a Team environment with time-oriented delivery
- 3 to 5 years experience in handling developer promoted projects in residential/ commercial sector
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Ability to collaborate with consultants and evolve co-ordinated services schemes to suit design intent
