We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with extensive experience in commercial architecture. The ideal candidate will be a key project decision-maker responsible for ensuring the success of the team and the projects. You will be engaged at a strategic level, serving organizational goals and managing project resources and finances to ensure projects progress on time and within budget. Your role will be integral in promoting firm success through industry participation and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Portfolio Manager, Client Manager, and/or Program Manager at a strategic level.
  • Act as a Project Manager on select projects or with select clients.
  • Manage project resources and finances to ensure timely and budget-friendly project progression.
  • Promote firm success through industry participation and exceptional client service.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all key software within the office.

    • Essential Skills

  • Professional Architectural Degree
  • 10+ years of experience as a Designer on Commercial/Retail Projects
  • Experience working with developers versus end users
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensure Preferred- Not Required
  • Experience with project coordination, administration, and document control
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Experience in design development and construction administration
  • Experience working on commercial projects with developers in AZ

    This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
