PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are currently working with a highly regarded studio who have TWO newly created roles for Project Architects in the range of 7 to 10 years of experience!

With an impressive pipeline of new projects with high design intent, we are looking for talented, all-round Architects who can carry projects out of design and into full delivery.

Strong project delivery skills on a range of high quality multi-residential and apartment projects in the mid to larger scale will be essential, and previous experience on Class 2 developments would be most highly regarded.
  
Must be able to run independently on mid scale projects or alternatively to contribute at a high team level on large scale projects. Along with the ability to coordinate documentation and consultants whilst leading other team members.
  
You will need to have strong hands on exposure in either ArchiCAD or Revit, and ideally be Registered in NSW (or have a track record as a Project Leader).
  
This is an outstanding inner city studio with a great culture and environment that values those who look to fight for a strong design outcome across the projects they work on.

Salary circa $125,000 plus Superannuation, dependent on experience.
