Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. The role involves performing code reviews, ensuring compliance with project budgets and schedules, selecting and evaluating design components, and implementing them in projects. You will evaluate existing conditions and formulate responses to challenges, and be responsible for significant aspects of larger projects as well as smaller projects. You will oversee daily design and technical development and supervise the production of Construction Documents through CAD and BIM. Coordination and quality assurance of consultants' work are essential, along with construction administration for select projects.
