We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to contribute to a variety of design projects within the commercial sector. Our projects range from 200,000 square feet to 4 million square feet and include fully robotic and automated distribution centers, temperature-controlled facilities, and manufacturing facilities. The focus will be on tilt-up concrete, pre-cast, and insulated metal panel buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and create all contract documents for assigned projects.
  • Design and manage the architectural aspects of warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial projects.
  • Utilize Revit for drafting and architectural design tasks.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Integrate construction documents with architectural design elements.
