Project Architect

Project ArchitectResponsible for the development and production of architectural projects from schematic design through project completion. They act as a contact between the studio and the project’s consultants and contractors and are responsible for production of contract documents and other deliverables with an emphasis on quality control and consistency with the client’s project budget as well as established design intent.Requirements:5-10+ years experience in ground-up corporate commercial and/or the healthcare industry / medical buildingsThe Project Architect communicates well to build quick rapport with team, clients, consultants, and vendors. They efficiently identify and solve problems.
