About the Role
Role: Project Coordinator (Internship)
Role Overview
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of tenant-to-tenant migration projects
- Assist in tracking project milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 (E5) services and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Work closely with technical teams to support Microsoft 365 deployments, rollouts, and migrations, including Security and Compliance initiatives.
- Help with Multi project delivery Coordination
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (or willingness to pursue):
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Entry-level project management certifications (CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals)
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals such as task tracking, timelines, and status reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn tenant-to-tenant migration concepts, security, and compliance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
