In this role, you will act as a critical communication bridge between our clients and the technology team, ensuring client needs and feedback are clearly understood and addressed. The ideal candidate is a native mandarin speaker with advanced English skills, capable of liaising across language barriers. You will help collect and follow up on client requirements, bugs, and feedback, provide training and product demos, and assist with project coordination tasks to ensure a smooth after-sales experience for our clients.
