Designation: Project Co-ordinator
Location : Chennai
Reporting to : Head of Development
Experience : 7-14 years
Budget : Upto INR 35 LPA
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Job Role :
The role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and control of construction projects, with a strong focus on schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and tracking of Civil, MEP, and HVAC resources.
- Oversee construction project design management, cost estimation, statutory approvals, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Liaise closely with Investment & Asset Management, EHS, Leasing, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Schedule Management: Prepare and maintain Level I to III project schedules in MSP and MS excel to ensure timely progress and adherence to project timelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Follow up with Tech Due Diligence vendors and on-site vendors for development updates and ensure effective communication.
- Lead technical evaluation and finalization of tenders for Civil works, Infrastructure, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial flooring (FM2/FM3), firefighting systems, electrical works, and related packages in line with industry standards.
- Support Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
