Reporting to : Head of Development
Experience : 7-14 years
Budget : Upto INR 35 LPA
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Job Role :
The role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and control of construction projects, with a strong focus on schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder management.
Lead project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and tracking of Civil, MEP, and HVAC resources.
Oversee construction project design management, cost estimation, statutory approvals, contracts, and procurement processes.
Liaise closely with Investment & Asset Management, EHS, Leasing, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
