OVERVIEW

Vertex is seeking passionate and dedicated Project Based Field Supervisors to partner and lead our Operations field team's with various Western Canada based projects. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals with experience within the oil & gas industry with a solid leadership background in industrial/tank cleaning, maintaining Alberta OH&S standards and effectively leads for safety and success.

We are seeking local candidates from the Sherwood Park/Nisku area with a proven track record of supporting and leading project crews, professionally, successfully and safely - someone who is highly organized, time management sensitive, has strong communication skills and enjoys leading and team building. We are looking for individuals available to take the next step in their career with us starting in February or March, 2026.
