Project Based Stevedore

The Stevedore is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo during Lift-On/Lift-Off (LoLo) and Roll-On/Roll-Off (RoRo) vessel Operations. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, teamwork, and precision in handling cargo and equipment to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience in cargo handling, port operations, or stevedoring is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic safety protocols and hand signals used in port operations.
• Able to work efficiency as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
