Job Description
The Project BIM Lead will lead digital delivery and information management for a major transit project focused on linear project. This role involves overseeing CDE setup, content development, discipline model set up and model coordination across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project BIM documentation—including the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), instructions, and workflows—while ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.
The role requires strong expertise in automation, data interoperability, and performance visualization to support production, information sharing, delivery, and asset management workflows. The BIM Manager will champion model governance, facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and develop digital tools that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
