Project Buyer

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for issuing, summarizing and presenting RFQ’s and results related to the sourcing or benchmarking of Production Parts and Services. Compliance with corporate Supply Chain Strategies in Mandatory.
• Responsible for the collection, maintenance and accuracy of purchasing records, files and documents within Plex. Duration of this task is from plant program assignment to end of customer demand. This includes however is not limited to the following items: Supplier Master Files, Part Master Files, Minth Purchase Orders and Contracts, Supplier Contact Information (Supplier Add and Assessment Form)
