Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, schedules, and milestones
- Prepare and maintain project documents, handover files, manuals, warranties, and reports
- Support EHS documentation (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, toolbox meeting records)
- Coordinate installation and maintenance schedules with Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors
- Help arrange site access, work permits, and worker clearances
- Follow up on technical issues, service tickets, RMAs, and repair requests with vendors
- Coordinate meetings, emails, and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
- Respond to customer queries regarding project timelines and progress
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years in project coordination or administrative role (preferred)
