Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, schedules, and milestones
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, handover files, manuals, warranties, and reports
  • Support EHS documentation (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, toolbox meeting records)
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance schedules with Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors
  • Help arrange site access, work permits, and worker clearances
  • Follow up on technical issues, service tickets, RMAs, and repair requests with vendors
  • Coordinate meetings, emails, and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Respond to customer queries regarding project timelines and progress

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years in project coordination or administrative role (preferred)
