Project Co-ordinator
Location: Queen’s Hospital, Romford
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,500–£37,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Management functions at Queen’s Hospital, Romford.You’ll play a key role in tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring smooth project governance — helping us deliver high-quality outcomes across estates and FM services.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and enforcement of project management processes and governance
Assist Project Managers with large-scale projects, risk reviews, and lessons learned
Maintain project trackers, compile monthly reports, and monitor progress
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and finance teams to ensure timely access and invoicing
