    Are you a technical buyer with a project mindset? Or a project manager with strong purchasing instincts? Join us in a key hybrid role that bridges strategic sourcing, supplier development, and purchasing project leadership.


    What will you work on?


    In this dynamic position, you'll be at the intersection of commodity purchasing and project management, leading initiatives from supplier sourcing to industrial implementation:


    Purchasing Strategy & Execution

  • Analyze markets to identify best-fit suppliers based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability.

  • Lead the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

  • Evaluate and benchmark supplier offers — technically and commercially — and make recommendations to management.

  • Drive cost negotiations, contract preparation, and performance monitoring during mass production.

  • Lead cost reduction activities (VA/VE) with suppliers.

  • Monitor market changes closely, adjusting procurement strategies accordingly for maximum benefit.

  • Manage piece and tooling cost analysis and support supplier engagement on design changes to optimize costs.

    • Project & Supplier Development

  • Convert engineering and sales requirements into structured purchasing projects.

  • Build and present sourcing plans aligned with program milestones.

  • Report purchasing activities in the frame of project activities, acting as purchasing representatives in project meetings

  • Follow quality gates with suppliers in frame of new project development

    • Profile

    What makes you a strong fit?

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • You bring 5–8 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or project-related roles

  • You have a sharp analytical mindset and make decisions based on structured, data-driven approaches

  • You’re fluent in both Turkish and English, with the ability to operate confidently in an international environment

  • You communicate clearly and adapt your message effectively to technical teams, management, and suppliers

  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges and adjust plans accordingly

  • You consistently deliver on time, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement

  • You’re proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Microsoft Project
