About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated
Project Construction Manager
to join our team in Arendal.

The Project Construction Manager reports to the
Project Manager
and is overall responsible for the
planning, coordination, and execution of project construction activities worldwide
. The role plays a key part in ensuring that project construction is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in line with cost and quality requirements.

Key aspects of the role include
project execution

design implementation

materials and logistics coordination
, and
fabrication and vendor follow-up
. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, fabrication yards, vendors, and customers to translate engineering designs into functional, high-quality offshore deliverables.
