Overview

Perpetual Memorial Park, established in 1994, is Johor’s trusted private memorial park, providing comprehensive bereavement care services. We are seeking a Project & Construction Manager to oversee and manage tomb construction projects, coordinate contractors and suppliers, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tomb construction projects from site setup to final handover.
• Make sure every building follows approved drawings, SOPs, timelines, cultural practices, and cemetery regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on‑site technical or operational issues.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
