Overview

Take full ownership of interior fit-out and construction projects from planning to handover. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.

  Take full ownership of interior fit-out and construction projects from planning to handover.

• 2. Planning, Scheduling & Control

  Develop project execution plans, work programs, and manpower schedules. Monitor progress against approved schedules and implement recovery and mitigation plans where required. Track critical activities, risks, and dependencies.

• 3. Site & Team Management

  Lead, mentor, and manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Enforce structured site management, discipline, and accountability. Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
