Purpose of the role
The Project Controls Manager leading a dedicated project controls team, this role drives accuracy in cost management, scheduling, and performance tracking to support the successful delivery large-scale EPC projects. By developing and implementing systematic procedures and a work methodology, the manager provides strategic insights that enable decision making enhancing project outcomes. Beyond ensuring accurate and transparent reporting, the position also drives a culture of commercial awareness, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all project control processes, contributing directly to the overall success and profitability of the business. Acting as a key partner to project teams, the Project Controls Manager plays a key role in shaping functional strategies and may own global processes and best practices that enhance results across projects.
