Responsibilities
  • Understand project Scope of Work and support Project manager on the control of main KPIs
  • Update timely ERP-PM database and procurement plan
  • Control of budget consumption and project risks
  • Keep control on main project KPIs and identify to project manager potential risks on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare project reporting on weekly basis
  • To manage subcons tasks. Cost Control
Qualifications
  • Advance control on office tools (mainly Word, Excel and Power point). Able to handle Microsoft project tool (GANTT diagrams, resource planning, dependencies, etc)
