Project Controller

Develop detailed project schedules including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) , activities, milestones, and deliverables.

Establish and maintain baseline schedules and update progress in accordance with actual site performance.

Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify schedule risks and critical activities.

Integrate schedules from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a consolidated master schedule.

Review contractors’ and subcontractors’ schedules and assess alignment with overall project timelines.

Project Control & Monitoring

Monitor project progress against approved schedule and budget, highlighting deviations and potential risks.

Conduct schedule, cost, and productivity analysis to evaluate project performance.

Track key project performance indicators such as SPI, CPI, planned vs actual progress , and forecast completion dates.
