Project Controls Analyst
Location: Rocklin, CASalary: $60-65/hrSchedule: Hybrid from office in Rocklin, CA; 1-2 days a week
Cost Plan Development and Analysis:
* Leverage cost and schedule plans to evaluate the feasibility of project objectives, particularly for undergrounding and system hardening initiatives. Create, maintain, and update monthly forecast budgets to ensure financial accuracy.
* Prepare detailed project performance analyses, including cost and schedule status reports, and identify variances from objectives. Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
* Assess and report on project performance using established industry standards, ensuring alignment with PG&E's regulatory and operational requirements.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to project budget inquiries, including GRC (General Rate Case) and FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) cost requests, ensuring stakeholder concurrence.
