**Description**
The Project Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing project control activities for PWR projects, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. This role involves planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance to ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget. A candidate should have relevent project controls experience in Oil & Gas or PWR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US counterparts, project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project data and ensure accurate reporting.
Create integrated project schedule in P6, perform critical path reviews, identify schedule risks.
Create resources in Primavera and load Man-hours on the scheduled activities using those resources.
Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.
Should have good knowledge of engineering workflow and interdisciplinary dependencies.
Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.
Progress monitoring of projects using Earned value technique.
Monitoring & controlling of project budget.
Well-versed with Ecosys or Cost management tools.
Monitor and control project costs, including budget development, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
Managing the Change Management System.
Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and an interface between the functional team and project team.
Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Project Report, Backlog analysis.
Identify and assess project risks and uncertainties.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have work experience with any of these project types:-
+ Power Generation Projects
+ Oil & Gas Projects
+ Refinery or Petrochemical project
+ LNG Projects
+ Fertilizer project
+ Water Treatment Project
+ The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree.The candidate should have a work experience of 5-10 years
