**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for performing routine tasks of less complex assignments using theoretical knowledge and practical work methods. This work will be performed under direct supervision.
**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Familiarity with and utilization of department standards.
+ Assisting in developing engineering and/or construction schedules.
+ Assisting in producing Level 1, 2, or 3 estimates
+ Assisting in monitoring project costs and producing spreadsheets and reports, for various projects.
**Ideal Background**
**Education:** Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master of Science degree program for Building Science, Engineering or a related degree at an accredited university is required.
**GPA:** 2.7 or above
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Familiarity with construction standards and codes.
