Overview: Project Controls Manager will provide project controls advice to integrate all portfolio reporting including risk management; integration of Villa packages; produces high-level reporting identifies delays and drives recovery plans. Leads delay analysis.

Your role
  • Evaluate current procedures to create more efficient / cost effective management of resources in the following areas:
    • Procurement
    • Change orders
    • Document Control and Administrative Practices
    • Invoicing and Accounting
    • Programme Close Out
    • EOT / Dispute Resolution
  • Monitors analyses and reports on project performance using qualitative and quantitative tools.
  • Recommends and implements modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
