Project Controls Manager

Overview

Project Controls Manager, with a minimum of 15 years' management experience, shall ensure that the project management function operates efficiently across the Consultant's organization and with external stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Service Delivery Plan covering all activities, including schedule performance and deviation tracking. They shall review and manage each O&M Contractor's operation and maintenance schedules against the Employer's requirements and objectives, ensuring that each contractor and third party achieves agreed performance targets and key milestones. The Senior Project Controls Manager will also be responsible for developing and enforcing scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures, ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational standards.
