About The Role
Manage Project Planning and Control activities within an EPCM contract, ensuring governance and compliance with client standards.
Coordinate budget and CAPEX control processes, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Oversee integrated planning, including schedules, milestones, and interfaces between disciplines.
Ensure measurement of physical progress for progress control, maintaining consistency between physical and financial advancement.
Monitor and report trend analyses, risks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions.
Lead change management, ensuring traceability and control of cost and schedule impacts.
Consolidate information for executive reports and dashboards, providing visibility to stakeholders.
