As a Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and forecasts using Oracle Primavera P6 and other project tools. You will support Earned Value Management (EVM), progress measurement, and variance analysis, and prepare drafts of monthly progress reports. You will also track and ensure compliance with contract requirements and utilize established project processes and tools.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development and preparation of schedules.
+ Prepare various reports and demonstrate understanding of project control tools.
+ Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
+ Contribute to cost estimate development and review.
+ Support constructability/bid reviews, construction scheduling, schedule impact analysis, contract change/work order, project risk analysis, project records, and contract administration.
