Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordination Executive to manage day-to-day coordination between the office and site teams. This role is responsible for accommodation booking, site logistics coordination, tracking site information, and ensuring timely collection of site data and reports.

This position is critical to keeping projects running smoothly and requires strong follow-up, organisation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate daily activities between site teams and the office
  • Follow up with site teams for required site information, updates, and documents
