Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Client Project team and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day project activities.

If you enjoy planning, follow-ups, communication, and keeping things running on track, this role is made for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the project calendar and keep schedules up to date
  • Follow up with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
  • Maintain project documentation and dashboards
  • Support the Project Manager in daily operational and admin activities
  • Act as the central point of coordination for the entire project team
  • Assist with basic logistical activities such as arranging calls, follow-ups, and meetings
  • Handle any additional coordination tasks required for the smooth functioning of the project.

  • Excellent follow-up discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / basic project tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in admin, coordination, or project support is an added advantage
