About this Role
The CT Executive role is a part of the CT Operations team within the Residential Operations vertical. This position focuses on coordinating, tracking, and optimizing solar project execution for residential and C&I projects. The role acts as a central link between field teams and management, ensuring smooth project flow, adherence to timelines, and data-driven operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of the solar installation process for Residential and C&I projects
- Coordinate and execute tasks across internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct awareness and training on operational processes and systems
- Prepare and manage multiple dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Perform day-to-day coordination with ZOH, SOH, COM, CDM, PMs, and PCs
- Track end-to-end project journeys, identify delays, and highlight risks
- Follow up on project closures and maintain updated closure reports
- Perform checks and balances to ensure project quality and compliance
- Calculate manpower and capacity requirements as per manpower design
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for timeline breaches and skill gaps
- Act as a central communication hub between ground teams and management
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues within timelines
- Generate KPI-based operational reports and provide insights for management decision-making
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Operations (any field preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with operational exposure
- Advanced computer knowledge in:
- MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Looker Studio
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- High accountability, focus, and discipline
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Preferably own a two-wheeler (bike)
