Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. The role involves coordinating tasks, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project coordination and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and timelines
Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project documentation
Prepare project reports, presentations, dashboards, and status updates
Support resource planning and assist in resolving project-related issues
Participate in project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetings (Mo M)
Conduct research and gather data required for project planning and execution
Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practices
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately
Support Project Managers in day-to-day operational activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Support role.
Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
Excellent understanding of web/app development, UX/UI workflows, and CMS/CRM platforms.
Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
