Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes the desired results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
  • Give estimation, define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Resource allocation
  • Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
  • Be responsible for undertaking execution plans, work-routing and prioritizing to ensure consistent utilization of resources and optimal level of productivity.
  • Liaises between external stakeholders and development team throughout the project lifecycle to maintain synergy.
