JOB DESCRIPTION

A Project Coordinator supports project managers by handling day-to-day tasks, organizing resources, managing schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet objectives, acting as a central point for administrative and operational details. Key duties involve creating reports, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, monitoring budgets, and ensuring tasks align with overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Planning: Assist in developing project plans, creating timelines, and managing task lists.

• Communication: Act as a liaison, facilitating clear communication between managers, teams, and stakeholders.

• Documentation: Maintain and organize project documents, reports, and status updates.

• Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks or blockers, and report on performance.

• Resource Management: Help allocate resources and ensure teams have what they need.

• Budget Tracking: Monitor project costs and expenses.
